Each visit — in person or video — sits on your timeline with the notes and prescriptions that came from it. Your health history reads like a history, not a shoebox of papers.

Reports where they belong

Upload lab reports as they arrive, or receive them directly when your clinic orders tests through Medigent. Either way they attach to the right place on the timeline.

Everything is yours

The timeline is your record — encrypted, isolated, and portable via FHIR R4 export. Changing doctors doesn't mean starting your history from zero.

Shared only by consent

A doctor sees your timeline only while you've chosen to link with them. Unlink, and they stop seeing it — the record itself never leaves you.
