How you use it

  1. Pick the patient

Search by name or phone. Their allergies are checked as you add medicines.

  2. Fill it in, or apply a template

Diagnosis with suggestions as you type, medicines with strength, dose, frequency and duration, tests advised and a review date.

  3. Save and send

The signed PDF is on your letterhead. Send it to the patient on WhatsApp, copy the link or open the PDF.

A handwritten prescription solves the next ten minutes and loses the next ten years. The patient cannot read it, the chemist guesses, and nothing about it can ever be searched, shared or counted.

What changes

  • Legible to the patient, delivered digitally, not photographed off a pad
  • Coded to SNOMED CT, the diagnosis becomes a code, not four different spellings of one condition
  • Attached to the visit, so the note, the prescription and the follow-up sit on the same record
  • Turns into a medication schedule, the patient app builds dose reminders from it
  • Free for life, on every plan, with no card and no limit

You sign it, and only you. The scribe can draft the note behind a prescription and the assistant can suggest, but a prescription is not a prescription until a registered doctor signs it. Nothing is dispatched to a patient unsigned.

Why coding is not a technicality

“Sugar”, “DM” and “diabetes mellitus type 2” are one condition and three strings. No downstream system can act on strings, which is why ABDM compliance depends on coded data and why we hold SNOMED CT Affiliate Licence 1743442. You write the diagnosis the way you always did; the code happens underneath.

Free means free. Records, e-prescriptions, e-consent, your clinic page and the daily digest cost nothing for life. You can run a whole clinic on the free tier and never buy a credit. The Voice Receptionist, the scribe and WhatsApp follow-ups are the paid parts.

Questions doctors actually ask

Is e-prescription software legal in India?

Yes. Digital prescriptions issued by a registered medical practitioner are recognised, and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines set out how they work for remote consultations. The signature step and your registration number are what make the document valid, and both are built in.

Is it really free?

Yes. E-prescriptions, patient records, e-consent, the daily digest and your clinic page are free for life on every plan, with no card and no time limit.

Can the patient use the prescription at any chemist?

Yes. It is a normal prescription with your name, registration number, the medicines and the dosage, delivered digitally instead of on paper.

What happens to the prescription after I write it?

It attaches to that visit in the patient record, reaches the patient digitally, and can be turned into a dose reminder schedule in the free patient app. It also feeds the follow-up loop that checks whether the course was completed.
