- Add a patient, or scan a paper prescription
Scan an old prescription and the patient is registered with their medicines and tests already filled in.
- Open the chart
Vitals, notes, prescriptions, diagnostics, files, medical history and appointments, with allergies shown at the top.
- Write, reply, invite
Start a prescription, answer the patient’s WhatsApp from the Chats tab, or invite them to the free patient app.
Clinic software usually holds your records as leverage. Stop paying and you stop seeing your own patients’ history. That is the business model, and it is why so many clinics stay on paper.

No card, no trial clock, no patient cap. You can run an entire clinic on the free tier and never buy a credit. The Voice Receptionist, the clinical scribe and WhatsApp follow-ups are the parts that cost money, because they cost us money every time they run.
Your records are yours, including on the way out. Export in FHIR R4 at any time, the format the rest of Indian health IT is standardising on. If you close the account we return or delete the records on your instruction. We do not hold them against an unpaid bill.
Where they live
On our own servers in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, under a signed Business Associate Agreement. When the AI reads a call or a consultation, that request runs on Amazon Bedrock’s Asia-Pacific profile: it stays inside Asia-Pacific and may be served from India, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul or Sydney. Nothing goes to a United States or European endpoint. Your clinic is the Data Fiduciary under India’s DPDP Act and Medigent is the Processor, which in plain terms means you decide and we execute.

Is there a free trial?
Better than a trial: patient records, e-prescriptions, e-consent, the daily digest, your clinic page and the appointment desk are free, with no card and no end date. You pay only when the Voice Receptionist starts answering your phone, which is Growth at ₹3,999 a month. The scribe is on Enterprise.
Can I export my patient records?
Yes, in FHIR R4, at any time. That is the standard the rest of Indian health IT is moving to, so the export is usable elsewhere rather than a proprietary dump.
Where is my patient data stored?
On our own servers in the AWS Mumbai region. Call recordings and consultation transcripts have never left that infrastructure and are not sent to a foreign cloud for storage. When the AI reads a call or a consultation, that request runs on Amazon Bedrock's Asia-Pacific profile: it stays inside Asia-Pacific and may be served from India, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul or Sydney. Nothing goes to a United States or European endpoint. Medigent has a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with AWS, and handling follows India's DPDP Act.
