Who pays what: free for patients, subscription for clinics, and zero commission in between.

Patients pay nothing

The patient app — records, scanning, schedules, reminders — is free. There is no premium tier, no wallet, and no in-app payment.

Doctors pay a subscription

Clinics pay a subscription that covers the AI receptionist, the live schedule and the native EHR. Plans depend on clinic size and call volume.

Zero commission

Consultation fees go directly from patient to doctor — cash, UPI, whatever you both use. Medigent never holds, splits or routes the money.

Why it matters

Because Medigent doesn't earn per consultation, it has no reason to push visits you don't need. The incentives stay clean.
