Go to me.medigent.in in your browser and sign up — it's free, and there is nothing to install.

Add a prescription

Photograph or upload any prescription. The scanner reads it into a structured list of medicines you can review and edit.

Confirm your schedule

Nothing goes live until you confirm it. Check each medicine, dose and timing, fix anything the scan misread, then confirm to start your daily schedule.

Turn on reminders

With the schedule confirmed, reminders nudge you at the right times. Your records, prescriptions and schedule stay in one private place.
