Per-patient isolation

Each patient's data is isolated at the database level. Clinic staff see what they need for care; patients see their own records; nobody else sees anything.

Consent both ways

A patient linking their records to your clinic is consent-based — and works in both directions. Nothing is pulled from a patient, or exposed to them, without agreement.
