Requests, not bookings

Anything the AI takes on the phone lands as a request — visually distinct from confirmed appointments. Until your team confirms, the slot is not committed.

Confirm or decline

Open the request to see the caller's details, then confirm or decline. Confirming books the slot; declining frees it. Either way, the decision stays with your staff.

Avoiding double-booking

Because the AI reads the same live schedule your staff use, it only ever offers genuinely open slots — the usual double-booking headache disappears.
